Mutfak, evlerimizde 5 element ile oynadığımız, ürettiğimiz bir mekandır. Öyle bir yer ki, bütün duyularımız aktif haldedir. Acaba, böyle bir yer, içsel gelişimimizin kaynağı olabilir mi?
Bu 7 günlük atolyede, var olan tüm dinamik ve yaratıcı enerjilerimizi azad etmek, içinmizdeki ve dışımzdaki başlica elementleri keşfetmek, deneyimlemek ve güçlendirmek için toplanıyoruz. Atölye sürecinde deneyimleyeceğimiz koopratif oyunlari, danslar, element oyunları ve ritüeller; hem birbirmiz ile hem de malzemeler ile güclü bağlantılarımızı bize hatırlatacaktir.
Açık mutfağımızda; Fırın, ateş ocağı, mutfak platformu ve oturma köşesi inşa etmeyi hedefliyoruz. Renkli, heykelli, toprak sıva ile
süslemelerimiz öncesinde; kob(toprak ve saman karışımı), toprak
çuval(earthbag) ve ateş tuğlası ile kubbe yapımını keşfediyor olacağız.
Mutfağın ruhunu, Tangala Çiftliğinde ki tatlı keçilerin sütünden peynir yaparaktan da taçlandıracağız.

Kitchen is the space in the house where one can cook with the 5 elements. Where all our senses become active. Can it be a source of inspiration for ones inner growth ?
The week long workshop is to emancipate the dynamic and creative energy within you. It is to experiment , to empower and to explore the primary elements in and around us. During the workshop, cooperative games, dances as well as games and rituals around the elements will help us to remember the strong connection within us and the materials.

We will be building an open Kitchen which has an Oven, stove, platform and a seating place.
We will be exploring cob, earth bag and fire brick dome. Along with mud finishes through plastering, sculpting and painting.
As a kitchen sprit we will also make cheese with the sweet goat milk of Tangala farm
